Return & Exchange

If any items you purchased is defective, damaged, not as described, you can ask for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the delivered day with our customer service email: info@dinolize.com

(a) Return & Exchange

Within 14 days from the delivered day, to be eligible for returns, please confirm that:

-Items to be returned remain unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packing with original label.

-You will pay for return shipping. Items not meeting the above criteria will be considered ineligible for a return.

(b) Refund

We’ll email you once processing your refund or exchange.

The refund will be returned in 3 business days after receiving your returns and after verification, please check your account.

There might be a little bit delay for your fund return request due to that we usually handle it in twice a week. Any question please contact us at info@dinolize.com, we will reply you as soon as possible.

(c) Cancellation

To cancel an order, two conditions must be met at the same time: 1) within 24 hours after placing the order; 2) the order is in an unshipped state.

Shipping Damage Claims

We are proud of our products, but we can't control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the item in good condition when receiving it. If the unfortunate thing really happens, please provide us with the photo or video and contact us at info@dinolize.com. Notice: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 14 days from receipt of products.
